Like the real holiday, the entire village will gather on Mole Day to see if the local mole will predict winter or the long awaited spring. At approximately 7:00 A.M., the villagers will congregate around the [[Wishing Well]]. At 8:00 A.M., [[Mr. Resetti]] appears as "the mole." If the player speaks to [[Tortimer]] after the ceremonies, he will give out one of many [[Mementos & Models|flower models]] in honor of the occasion. In order to receive all of the flower models, the player will have to attend Mole Day multiple times. The bulletin board notifies players of the holiday.

During Mole Day in ''City Folk'', Tortimer can be found standing in front of the town hall. If the player speaks to him, he will give the player a model of Mr. Resetti. The model cannot be bought at Tom Nook's shop.

[[Isabelle]] can be found at the [[Event Plaza]] between 6AM and midnight. She'll give the player a model of Mr. Resetti. This is only a North American event, and will not happen in other versions of the game.
