[[Leif]] will hold this event when the [[Garden Center]] has been built on [[Main Street]]. The event is described as a day for the town's [[villagers]] to come and remove [[weeds]] from around the town, though this is up to the [[player]].

On Grass Day Lief will be at the [[Event Plaza]] where he will tell the player how many weeds ([[clovers]] do not count) are in the town, when all these are puled Lief will give you 1 of 12 pieces of [[furniture]] from the [[Flower set]]. The player can then go to another players town to help pull weeds and get furniture from the Flower set that are only obtainable by helping another player out.

If on Grass Day the player has no weeds in their town, Leif will tell the player about three new [[public works project]]s - the round, square, and tulip topiaries and a flower bag containing a hybrid flower.
