Fortune Cookies

Fortune Cookies are items that appear exclusively in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. They are purchased from Timmy and Tommy's store for two play coins. While Timmy and Tommy's store is in the first addition, Nookling Junction, there is one fortune cookie for sale but after expanding to T&T Mart there will be two fortune cookies for sale. Two fortune cookies is the maximum that the store can hold.

When eaten, each fortune cookie contains a fortune for the user to read and trade in to Timmy and Tommy's store. Fortunes are traded for items or given to the twins. The items that the fortunes are traded for are items found in other Nintendo games.
