Net
An essential tool for filling the museum, the Net is used to catch insects as well as arachnids and crustaceans. The silver and gold net catches better than the regular and is shiny. The reason why they catch better is the simple fact that the better they are, the wider the radius for the hole on the net. Also the player can hit other villagers with it. If you hit them three times in a row they will comment on it and either be mad or sad, depending on the personality.
In Animal Crossing: amiibo Festival and Template:AFe+, the player can hold the "A" button with a net to walk slowly, and when the button is released, he/she will swing the net. Using the net near an animal twice will cause bad peruses.
