The U.F.O. is a disc-like object that flies over the players town one random weekday, between sunrise and noon. Gulliver mentions that it is called the Porpoise, which is a reference to Captain Olimar's ship in the Pikmin games, The Dolphin. It only appears in Animal Crossing: Wild World and Animal Crossing: City Folk. If shot down with a slingshot, Gulliver will be standing next to it. If talked to, he will ask the player to find the missing pieces that fell out of his ship during the crash. If the player agrees and the parts are found, he will reward them with a rare piece of furniture, unable to be purchased from the catalog at Tom Nook's Store. It will be one of these:
