Animal Crossing: New Horizons - Deserted Island Diary[nb 1] is a manga series written by Kokonasu Rumba and based on Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Published by Shogakukan and serialized in CoroCoro Comic in Japan, a total of three volumes of Animal Crossing: New Horizons - Deserted Island Diary have been released as of June 2021.
In February 2021, American manga publisher VIZ Media announced the first volume of Animal Crossing: New Horizons - Deserted Island Diary would be localized in English and released on September 14, 2021.[1] The first two volumes, localized in English, were released in Southeast Asia in June 2021 by Shogakukan Asia.
The series follows four humans—Coroyuki, Benben, Himepoyo, and Guchan—who move to a deserted island.
