Animal Crossing for Nintendo Switch (working title)[1] is an upcoming mainstream instalment in the Animal Crossing series, being released exclusively for the Nintendo Switch. It was revealed during the Nintendo Direct on September 13, 2018.[2] It will be the first mainstream instalment in the Animal Crossing series since 2012's Animal Crossing: New Leaf.
