Template:Event Infobox April Fool's Day is an event held on the first day of April in the Animal Crossing series. On April Fool's Day, an event happens where the player is joked or pranked, depending on the game.

Events

  • In Animal Crossing/Template:AFe+, Tortimer gives the player his prized software Super Tortimer, which is actually a fake NES Game.
  • In Animal Crossing: Wild World, the player receives a letter from one of their parents with a joke.
  • In Animal Crossing: City Folk, the player firstly receives nothing from Tortimer, after him saying he isn't keen on April Fools, then he will give you a furniture leaf, which resembles the furniture leaf which can be found on the ground outside in the town. It serves as a joke in that it does not turn into furniture when placed inside a house, but is an item of furniture itself.
