Beardo (ベアード, Beādo, Beard) is a bear villager in the Animal Crossing series. He first appeared in Animal Crossing: New Leaf.

Characteristics

Appearance

Beardo is a bright blue bear with a brown moustache. Contradicting his name, he does not have a beard, but does have mutton chops. His nose is bright yellow. His initial shirt is the detective shirt. The insides of his ears are pink and he has long eyelashes.

Beardo is smug, meaning he is kind, polite and gentleman-like, and will get along with other villagers. Occasionally, he will flirt with the player, regardless of the player's gender. Smug villagers are not an initial resident of the town, therefore he can only move in once the town has been established. Like all smug villagers, he wakes up at 8:30 A.M. and goes to sleep at 2:00 A.M. He will easily get along with snooty, lazy, peppy, normal and other smug villagers. He won't get along with cranky villagers.
