Boomer (ショーイ, Shōi, Showy) is a lazy, penguin villager who first appears in Template:AF+, Animal Crossing, and Template:AFe+ as a islander. He is absent in Animal Crossing: Wild World, but reappears in later games. His name may come from the sound a bomb makes, boom. This is a reference to his appearance, which makes him look like a pilot.

They wear a flying hat and goggles. Their favorite shirt is the blue aloha shirt. Their eyes are thick, small, black rectangles. Their main body color is a dark olive green, while their "hands" and belly are white, and their beak and legs are orange. In Animal Crossing, their initial clothing is the Blue Aloha Shirt; in later games, they wear the Explorer Tee.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the lazy personality. For more information, click here.

As a lazy villager, they will enjoy napping and talking about food, as well as appearing calm and relaxed through most circumstances. Like all villagers, they will enjoy the usual hobbies. When they talks about clothes, they may mention their alter ego, "Fashion Lad", a made-up hero by lazy villagers who tackle fashion disasters. Snooty and jock villagers will find it difficult to get along with them, due to their relaxed lifestyle, which may cause offense to these villagers. Overall, they will get on well with other villagers in the town.

House

Boomer's house has an island theme and a bear pole.

Fruit Allergy

As an islander, Boomer has a favorite fruit and a fruit that they is allergic to. Feeding them the allergy fruit will reduce the likelihood of them dropping money bags. Boomer is allergic to cherries and loves pears.
