Carmen is a peppy rabbit villager who was introduced in Animal Crossing: City Folk. Her name was used in previous versions of the game for a snooty mouse.

In New Horizons, Carmen has the fashion hobby and will be more frequently seen visiting Able Sisters and commenting on the player's fashion, sometimes giving them clothes that match their current outfit in color or style. She may be found carrying around a purse or wearing accessories and clothing different from their initial or gifted outfits.

Appearance

Carmen in City Folk.

Carmen is a dark brown rabbit with a white face and white tipped paws, tail, and nose. She has a side fringe. Her eyes are small and black. She has a bright, almost neon, aqua color in the inside of her ears. She has a slight overbite with a distinct line through either side of her teeth; an identification showing she is a rabbit. Carmen bears a passing resemblance to Genji, a jock villager of the same species.

Carmen has a peppy personality, so she will be friendly and over-excited to see the player but will also overreact to the smallest things. Being a peppy villager, she will be open to all personalities and will get along with most villagers, but she may get upset when talking to snooty or cranky villagers. She will be very upbeat and never afraid to speak her mind.
