Caroline is a normal, squirrel villager from the Animal Crossing series. Originally appearing in Animal Crossing as an islander named Bliss, her English name was changed to Caroline in Animal Crossing: Wild World, which was her Japanese name.

Characteristics

Appearance

Caroline is a primarily bright red squirrel with curly blonde hair and large blue eyes, with some emerald eyeliner. The tips of her arms and legs are white. She has a yellow swirling pinstripe on her tail, and her ears are orange on the inside. She has a small black nose, and a mouth that points downwards by default. As an islander in Doubutsu no Mori+, Animal Crossing, and Doubutsu no Mori e+, she wears a Red Aloha Shirt, and has a flower on her head; from Animal Crossing: Wild World onwards, she wears a Gelato Shirt by default.

As a normal villager, Caroline is very friendly. Sometimes, she will get upset if the player cannot find her any of the furniture she is asking for - she will just keep asking for some everyday. If the player upsets her, she will eventually bounce back and give them a present. She will generally get along with all villager types, particularly peppy villagers, since peppy villagers share much in common with her. However, cranky and snooty villagers may upset her if the wrong things are said.

Fruit Allergy

As an islander, Bliss's favorite fruit is cherries, while she is allergic to oranges. Feeding her oranges will reduce the likelihood of her dropping money bags.

To compensate for this, Caroline will request a Jukebox, a Cabana Bed, a Cabana Chair, a Cabana Lamp, a Cabana Screen, a Cabana Vanity, a Cabana Wardrobe, and a Weeping Fig, plus the Cabana Flooring and Cabana Wall from the player.
