Cookie (ペリーヌ, Perrine) is a peppy, dog villager in the Animal Crossing series. She was absent from Animal Crossing: Wild World, but returns in Animal Crossing: City Folk. Cookie was named what she is because of her cute appearance. Her initial catchphrase, arfer, comes from the word "arf", a variation of spelling the sound a dog makes, and the suffex "-er".

Cookie is a light porcelain pink dog. She has a white stripe from the top of her head that goes down to circle her mouth as a muzzle. Her eyes are somewhat anime-styled, and have small sparkles in them. The tip of her paws are white and so is the tip of her tail. Her initial shirt is a blue tartan. Her brown nose resembles a chocolate chip (thus, the name Cookie). She has a brown, smiling mouth and her ears are a darker shade of pink than her arms and legs.

Personality

As a peppy villager, Cookie will always appear to be in a good mood. She will get along with other villagers, including the player. She will enjoy the usual hobbies, and may ask the player for bugs or fish that she finds cute. She will easily get upset, but due to a short attention span, she will easily forget ever having the conversation. Like all peppy villagers, she dreams of becoming famous in the future. She will get on well with normal, lazy, and peppy villagers, but may annoy snooty and cranky villagers with her upbeat, cheery personality.

House

Cookie's house has a combination of the cabana and ranch series. She plays "K.K. Chorale" in her house.
