Cookie is a peppy dog villager in the Animal Crossing series. She is absent from Animal Crossing: Wild World, but returns in Animal Crossing: City Folk. Her name may refer to her sweet appearance. Her initial catchphrase, arfer, comes from the word "arf", the onomatopoeia of a dog's bark.
Characteristics
Appearance
Cookie is a light pink dog with a white stripe from the top of her head that goes down to circle her mouth as a muzzle. She also has large, black eyes that have small sparkles in them, giving them an anime-esque appearance. The tip of her paws are white, as is the tip of her tail. Her nose is brown, and her ears are a darker shade of pink than her arms and legs.

As a peppy villager, Cookie will always appear to be in a good mood. She will get along with other villagers, including the player. She will enjoy the usual hobbies and may ask the player for bugs or fish that she finds cute. She will easily get upset, but due to a short attention span like many of the peppy villagers, she will easily forget ever having the conversation. Like all peppy villagers, she dreams of becoming famous in the future. She will get on well with normal, lazy, and peppy villagers, but may annoy snooty and cranky villagers with her upbeat, very cheery personality. In New Leaf, she will wake up at 9:00 a.m. and falls asleep at 1:00 a.m.
