The department store is a facility in Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer. It is part of the second group of facilities to be unlocked, along with the Office, Shop and Restaurant.
It is one of the largest and most time-consuming projects for the player to design, with four rooms. There are two sales areas, as well as an entrance and dining area. The player unlocks it by doing the first places that are school, cafe, shop and hospital.
