The Dynamic Painting is a painting first made available in Animal Crossing: City Folk. It is sold only in Crazy Redd's. The Dynamic Painting is a copy of The Great Wave off Kanagawa, a woodblock print that is the most famous work of Hokusai. This print was part of a series called "36 Views of Mount Fuji" - on close inspection of the painting, Mount Fuji is visible on the horizon. Other than the mountain, the print depicts three boats struggling against huge waves near Kanagawa.
