Elina is a peppy elephant islander in the Animal Crossing series who appears in Animal Crossing and Doubutsu no Mori e+.

Characteristics

Appearance

Elina is an orange elephant who has a purple flower in her hair. She has dark brown hair on her head and the tip of her tail. She has green eyes and wears green eyeshadow. The tip of her trunk and hooves are light orange. She also has a red stone or circle on her forehead, known as a bindi, which is worn by many South Asian women, especially Hindus, for whom elephants are of great religious importance. Elina also has a half-smiling mouth with red lipstick on the left side of her face, like many other elephants.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the peppy personality. For more information, click here.

Elina is a peppy villager, appearing energetic and unusually excited when seeing the player and most other villagers. Like all peppy villagers, she also appears childish and immature, saying stereotypical "girly" words such as "totally", "sooo" and "like", as in "This is, like, cool!" However, Elina is also excessively kind, usually asking the player for items they want. Though Elina enjoys the usual hobbies, She may tell the player that she is looking for a particular item, such as a bug, that may look nice in her home. She gets along well with other villagers, particularly the lazy, normal, big sister, smug and other peppy villagers, but she has the tendency to annoy and upset cranky and snooty villagers, who are known to appear older and more mature than other villagers. Due to the honest nature of peppy villagers, Elina may mention how "old" or "boring" they are, in contrast to her energetic, upbeat personality. Elina, like other peppy villagers, easily gets upset in conversation when it is not going her way, but will forget ever having the conversation due to her short attention span.

Villager information

In Animal Crossing

As an islander in Animal Crossing, Elina has a favorite fruit and one she is allergic to. She is allergic to Apples and loves Cherries, meaning giving her the former reduces the likelihood of her dropping Bells, and giving her the latter increases the likelihood of her dropping Bells.
