Flick is a special character who debuted in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. He runs the Bug-Off, and appears to have a similar role to Nat from previous games.
He can also appear on random days wandering the island. If talked to, he will purchase bugs from the player at 150% of the usual sale price, as well as commission art that he will mail to the player if given 3 of the same bug species. He will only accept one commission per visit. The day after you commission art from Flick, he will send you a letter in the mail with a model of the bug.
