Frogs are a species in the Animal Crossing series, appearing exclusively as villagers. Frogs have round eyes on the tops of large rounded heads, and most have wide mouths. Some frogs are seen to have nostrils, or even noses, but most do not. Frogs are one of the two species that appear as both sentient villagers and also as fish, the other being Octopuses.
As amphibians, Frogs in Animal Crossing: New Leaf will often not use umbrellas in the rain, and will remark on how the feel of it on their skin is refreshing to them.
