Sea Lions are a new species in Animal Crossing: City Folk, with Phineas being the only one. He appears in the city and hands out balloons, bunny balloons, pinwheels, and bubble wands.
Appearance
Sea lions are all brown, with Phineas being the only one. He has whiskers, a top hat, and glasses.
