<h1>Gameplay</h1>

'''Ice Climber''' involves two characters Popo and Nana. Each character sports a wooden mallet which they use to carve their way through ice, and fight enemies to get to the top of a mountain. Each mountain consists of eight ice covered layers, plus a bonus level. The layers of ice include different types of ice to maneuver including indestructible and slippery ice. Asides from ice there are also floating platforms resembling clouds. The bonus level occurs at the top of the mountain where harder jumps are presented, succeeding in said jumps rewards vegetables used to get more points, and extra lives.
