Ramps are a type of geography that will appear in an Animal Crossing series town. They appear in all games except Animal Crossing: Wild World. As its name implies, it connects the higher and lower parts of town. It is a vertical piece of land, usually covered in grass. They lead to a higher part of land and cause sport balls and snowballs to roll down, making it hard to bring them up it. In Animal Crossing: Wild World, the towns are smaller, so there is only one level, no cliff or ramp. Each town has two ramps, one on each side of town. Occasionally in Animal Crossing you can get a town with four ramps.
