As a photo item, interacting with the photo will give information on Elmer's birthday, star sign, and favorite saying.
Elmer's pic can be obtained from Elmer either if the player has high friendship with him, or if the player managed to catch Blanca when she is disguised as Elmer during April Fools' Day. This item is lucky while Elmer is currently living in the player's town, meaning it gives a 7,777-point Happy Home Academy bonus when placed in the player's house.
