The frozen fence is an item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons introduced in the 2.0 Free Update. As a fence item, it is used akin to a tool to place a fence down.

The frozen fence can be obtained from crafting, which requires snowflake. The recipe for this item can be obtained from balloons during winter or from message bottles found on the Snowflake island via Kapp'n's boat tours. The fence's illumination can be customized either by using 1 customization kit or by Cyrus at Harv's Island for  1,000 Bells.

In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing the second villager's vacation house.
