Greta's Poster can be obtained from Nook Shopping in the Posters tab of Special Goods section, after inviting Greta to Photopia (either through amiibo, or if the villager lives on the player's island).

In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for Greta.
