The Heart Hairpin is a headwear item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

The Heart Hairpin can be obtained from Mabel before building Able Sisters, or from the shop once it has opened for  700 Bells.

In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for Maddie and Tutu. In addition, the item can be used to change the clothing of a villager or the player either during or after the designing process for screenshot purposes.
