The King Tut mask is a headwear item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons introduced in the 1.4.0 Summer Update (Wave 2). When it is put on, a unique variation of the clothing change jingle plays, and while wearing it, the player has a chance of tripping while running.

The King Tut mask can be obtained from crafting, which requires 5× gold nugget. The recipe for this item can be obtained by picking up Gold Nuggets knocked out of rocks.

In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for Ankha, Lucky, and Rowan. In addition, the item can be used to change the clothing of the player either during or after the designing process for screenshot purposes.
