The mush parasol is a customizable houseware furniture item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. It is part of the Mush Series. As an outdoor item, it will provide an additional 0.5 development points towards the island rating.

The mush parasol can be obtained from crafting, which requires 3× flat mushroom. The recipe for this item can be obtained from balloons during Mushroom Season in November (Northern Hemisphere) and May (Southern Hemisphere) or from message bottles found on the Mushroom island via Kapp'n's boat tours. The item's mushroom type can be customized either by using 2 customization kits or by Cyrus at Harv's Island for  1,700 Bells. During fall, this item is lucky, meaning it gives a 777-point Happy Home Academy bonus when placed in the player's house.

This item appears as a furniture item in the homes of Monty and Sheldon. As a result, this item has a chance to be purchasable by the player if they were invited by any of the preceding villagers.

In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for Alli, Chelsea, Deirdre, Melba, Rodney, and Spork.

In the designing process of Happy Home Paradise, Chelsea requires this item to be placed in or outside their vacation home.
