The noble pants can be obtained from Able Sisters for 4,300 Bells, making it the most expensive bottom item. The item can also be obtained from the apparel shop in Happy Home Paradise for 3,900 Poki when the store is asked to sell any clothes under the "anything is fine" option.

In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for Lionel, Monique, and Olaf. In addition, the item can be used to change the clothing of the player either during or after the designing process for screenshot purposes.
