The Plastic Bench is a customizable houseware item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons introduced in the 2.0 Free Update. The player is able to sit on this item. As an outdoor item, it will provide an additional 0.5 development points towards the island rating.

The Plastic Bench can be obtained from Nook Stop for  2,000 Nook Miles. The item's backboard logo pattern can be customized either by using 7 Customization Kits or by Cyrus at Harv's Island for  5,200 Bells. When customizing the item's backboard logo pattern, the player can use one of their own custom designs. The item's color can only be customized by Cyrus.

In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for Boyd, Broffina, Buck, Bud, Coach, Cyrano, Hamlet, Henry, Ike, Kody, Lucha, Moose, Nana, Pippy, Renée, Rooney, Rudy, Sandy, Sheldon, Sparro, Tybalt, and Zucker.

In the designing process of Happy Home Paradise, Nana requires this item to be placed in or outside their vacation home. This item is also required as one of the chairs for the dining hall at the café, as one of the chairs for the waiting area at the hospital, as one of the chairs for the dining hall at the restaurant, and as one of the chairs for the classroom at the school.
