The school uniform with necktie can be obtained from Able Sisters for 1,600 Bells. The item can also be obtained from the apparel shop in Happy Home Paradise for 1,400 Poki if the shop's theme is set to sell "cool clothes" or "simple clothes", or when the store is asked to sell any clothes under the "anything is fine" option.

No villagers wear this item as their default outfit.

In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when tasked by Lottie to design the school. In addition, the item can be used to change the clothing of a villager or the player either during or after the designing process for screenshot purposes. Villagers assigned as students in the school will wear this item by default.
