The storage shed is a customizable houseware furniture item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons introduced in the 2.0 Free Update. When used, the player can access their house storage to either put items in or items out. The item's top surface can be used to place smaller items, such as miscellaneous furniture. As an outdoor item, it will provide an additional 0.5 development points towards the island rating.

The storage shed can be obtained from Nook Stop for 6,000 Nook Miles after reaching 2,400 house storage. The item's door decoration pattern can be customized either by using 7 customization kits or by Cyrus at Harv's Island for 5,200 Bells. When customizing the item's door decoration pattern, the player can use one of their own custom designs. The item's color can only be customized by Cyrus.

No villagers have this item in their home.

In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for Dora, Groucho, and Tybalt.
