Joe has a cranky personality, meaning that he will appear rude to the player at first. He will be hard to befriend and when the player becomes friends with him he will still appear slightly rude. Joe may not get on well with other villagers, such as jock and lazy personalities.
House
Joe's house is the same house as Ed's, contanining items from the Modern Series. However, he has changed the wall to the Birch Flooring and the flooring to the Exotic Wall. He also has K.K. Cruisin' on his stereo.
