The album cover for "K.K. Lullaby" depicts Daisy (Pompom in the e-Reader card) rock baby K.K. Slider to sleep with Gabi watching. Pompom rocking K.K. may be a reference to the nursery rhyme Mother Goose. On the e-Reader card, the text at the bottom reads "K.K. Lullaby" and the text above it reads "Town Tune." In short, the text is illegible, while in short, it reads "K.K. Lullaby" now in green letters, and the portrait of the characters is now more circularly cropped.

"K.K. Lullaby" is a K.K. Slider song that first appears in Doubutsu no Mori. When played on a stereo, the tune is played like a music box, with little metallic noises designed to relax the player. At the end of the song, the last few notes play in reverse, reminiscent of a music box being rewound. The technique is identical to one seen in the 1980 song "Isolation" by British post-punk group Joy Division.
