Kidd is a goat villager from the Animal Crossing series that first appeared in Doubutsu no Mori e+, as a lazy islander. He later reappeared in Animal Crossing: New Leaf, where he is a smug villager, and in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp to launch the Civic Theme, alongside Gaston and Elise. His name comes from "kid", the name for a young goat. His Japanese name, Yasao, can be used to refer to a man of gentle nature, relating to his original life as a lazy islander.

House
In Doubutsu no Mori e+, Kidd's house lacks any furniture, similar to all other islander houses. He will request from the player the same items that Yodel would request, except for different wallpaper and flooring.
In Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Kidd's house appears to have a kitchen theme. Items include a Sloppy Table, a Sink, a Washer & Dryer, a Clothesline Pole, an Ironing Set, some Dandelions, and a Retro Fridge. Comrade K.K. plays on a Hi-Fi Stereo. The wallpaper is the Common Wall.

Description | Kidd's personal motto is "dress to impress." But he doesn't just apply that to his wardrobe. He'll dress up whatever he can, much to the annoyance of his pet goldfish. | |
