Kyle (リカルド, Rikarudo, Ricardo) is a smug wolf villager in the Animal Crossing series. He first appears in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. Both his English and Japanese names likely refer to the lycaon, also known as the African wild dog, which he bears a resemblance to.

Characteristics

Appearance

Kyle is light brown with dark brown accents in areas such as around his snout. He has pink ears and purple eyelids that cover half of his eyes, similarly to a typical lazy villager's. His appearance is similar to an African wild dog or that of a wolf. His initial outfit is a Pleather Vest.

Personality

Kyle has the smug personality. He is very confident. He owns many musical instruments, wears rock 'n' roll clothing, and talks about whether he has a rock 'n' roll type of personality. Kyle gets along easily with other villagers and with the player. He enjoys dancing and fishing. Sometimes Kyle will mention if he has talked to the player many times in a day. Since he has the smug personality type, he cannot be obtained as a starter villager and therefore must move in to the town.

House

Kyle's house in Animal Crossing: New Leaf features a metal flooring and stark walls. It is filled with musical instruments, and Kyle is happy to collect or trade different instruments.
