LINE sticker

LINE stickers are digital stickers created for the online messaging app LINE, to be used amid conversations. The stickers can only be bought with real money and are available exclusively in the LINE Store. They are organized in packs by topic and by creator. There are also themes that let the user change the app's look.

In Animal Crossing's case, 1 theme, and 2 sticker packs have been released so far: 1 with animated stickers, and 1 with drawn stickers. There is another sticker pack, that while it is not related mainly to Animal Crossing, it features stickers with Nindori in it, in his original appearance as Nintendo DREAM's mascot.

In 2015, an animated sticker pack inspired by Animal Crossing: New Leaf and Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer was added to LINE by Nintendo. It contains 24 animated 2D stickers, that move only once they are sent to a chat. It costs US$1.99.

Animal Crossing 15th Anniversary Sticker pack

In 2018, to commemorate the 15th anniversary of Animal Crossing, a special sticker pack with randomly chosen villagers was added to LINE by Nintendo. It contains 40 drawn stickers depicting many villagers doing different things together or simply posing on their own. It costs US$1.99.

Nindori Birds of character "Nindori" pack

In 2019, a Nindori (the official Nintendo DREAM mascot) & birds sticker pack was released by the company ambit. It contains 40 hand-drawn-styled stickers depicting Nindori doing many things together with other smaller birds; mostly things that have to do with Japanese culture. It costs US$0.99.

Themes

While technically not being a sticker, an Animal Crossing LINE theme can also be bought. The theme, again inspired by New Leaf changes most colors on the app to light blue, and all backgrounds are replaced mostly with Animal Crossing artwork, consisting of a huge light blue sky with a small green area with triangle grass, and featuring many special characters as well as some villagers standing about.

The theme costs US$2.99, and it includes updates support for 180 days after sales end, but to the date of this article, it has no expiration date. Latest version: V2.38
