Maddie (マロン, Marron) is a peppy dog from the Animal Crossing series. She was absent from Animal Crossing: Wild World, Animal Crossing: City Folk and Animal Crossing: New Leaf but returned in Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer.

Appearance

Maddie is a girlie-looking brown dog, whose face and legs go from a dark brown to a lighter brown, ending up with a chalky white muzzle and paws. She bears a resemblance to the Disney character, Lady. She is a bright character but can mess up her sentences when she is angry or sad.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the peppy personality. For more information, click here.

As a peppy villager, Maddie will have the tendency to over-react in conversations about trivial subjects such as appearing in competitions and the chance of her losing. This sometimes triggers her to ask for a certain item of clothing or furniture which she needs to enter a competition. She, like other peppy villagers, will rarely be discouraged from doing anything, including the usual hobbies. She will also have a short attention span, which means she will soon forget arguments or tasks given to the player which were not completed.

House

In Animal Crossing Maddie has the cabana wardrobe and cabana bed. She also has a classic sofa, two gyroids a mega fizzoid also mini fizzoid. She also has a computer. She has a gold stereo in the back of her house playing K.K. Fusion. Lastly she has a conga drum and a few plants including the round cactus, bromeliaceae and a pachira. She displays the sunny parasol and gingham parasol. Her wallpaper and carpet are the music-room floor which is obtained from Saharah and the cabana wall.
