Maelle's Exciting Mall Day! is a Scrapbook Memory in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp. To unlock this memory, the player must obtain a Mall Food Court.

Synopsis

The memory begins as Maelle and Truffles approach a new mall. Maelle wonders what exciting things will be for sale, and Truffles suggests there might be clothing shops. They first stop at the Mall Camp Store, and Maelle remarks that while she isn't one for roughing it, the store really made her want to go camping. As she is about to ask Truffles if she would like to go camping as well, Maelle realizes her friend has run off. Truffles goes to the Mall Dessert Shop while Maelle approaches the Mall Boutique. Maelle gushes over one of the outfits for sale, wondering if she should try it on before commenting that it would look cute on Truffles. Realizing she's been distracted by the clothes, she sets her focus back on finding Truffles. Truffles heads over to the Mall Florist, admiring the arrangements as she remembers that Maelle had been looking for some flowers for her room. She decides she's going to tell Maelle about the flowers, before realizing she has lost track of her and sets out to find her.

Both cross paths in front of the Mall Escalator, and Truffles apologizes for getting distracted. Maelle assures her it's fine, and admits she had been distracted as well and didn't even realize Truffles was gone at first. She mentions the outfit for Truffles she found, and asks if she'd like to go see it. Truffles agrees, and brings up the flowers for Maelle she found as well.
