The Master Sword is the most important weapon of The Legend of Zelda series. It makes an appearance as a furniture piece in Animal Crossing, and reappears in the sequel. However, in the sequel, it had a corresponding sound to it, which is featured in The Legend of Zelda games. The Master Sword was seen during the 2011 E3 Template:AC3 video. In the video, a player was dressed as Link and was about to try to pull the Master Sword out of its stone.
Limited Edition Version
Upon the release of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess'', a limited edition Master Sword, a replica of that featured in the game, was sent out over Wi-Fi. It was only stocked for one day, however.
