In Animal Crossing: City Folk
In Animal Crossing: City Folk, Tortimer will give the player a Cool Globe after being spoken to by the Town Hall between the hours of 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
In Animal Crossing: New Leaf
In Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Isabelle will be at the Town Tree celebrating Nature Day. She will give the player a Cool Globe and there will be a standee.
