LEGO Animal Crossing 5th Oct 2023 Nintendo and LEGO have announced LEGO Animal Crossing, which will include minifigures of various Animal Crossing characters. Nintendo 3DS/Wii U online service discontinuation 3rd Oct 2023 Nintendo has announced the discontinuation of online services for the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U in early April 2024. As a result, online functionality in Animal Crossing: New Leaf and Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer will no longer be usable from this date.
