Cross-Wiki Week is an annual event hosted by NIWA celebrating Nintendo's birthday on September 23rd. From September 23rd - October 1st, everyone is invited to constructively edit NIWA wikis that they have never (or infrequently) edited before. Whether it's adding some new content, uploading an image, or adding a reference, we want you to take your experience and love for Nintendo to a new wiki. At the end of the event, submit your contributions using the button at the bottom of this page. Two random participants will win a $20/€20 Nintendo eShop Gift Card! Be sure to have an account registered on the wiki(s) you're editing so your contributions can be tracked.
Nookipedia will be participating in the event, and some examples of work that needs to be done around the site are presented below. Experienced wiki editors may want to check Nookipedia:Maintenance for a full breakdown of all ongoing wiki maintenance projects. If you'd like to participate by editing Nookipedia, be sure to create an account here.

To-do list[edit]
- Our villager pages could use house descriptions. At the top of villager house sections, add a description describing common themes and changes to the villager's house throughout the series. Examples available on Eunice and Alfonso.
- Add "Appearance" sections to our New Horizons wallpaper and floor pages to describe what they look like. Example at Underwater Wall. Screenshots of all walls and floors located here and here, respectively.
- Restructure and populate our fossil pages with info for Animal Crossing, Wild World, City Folk, and New Leaf using our new fossil info templates. Our New Horizons info is already complete - see Brachiosaurus for an example for how to replicate.
- Work on our Pocket Camp coverage; visit Project Pocket Camp for more info. Coverage needed includes Gyroidite Scavenger Events, fortune cookie sets, Happy Homeroom puzzles, and memories.
- Our merchandise coverage needs lots of expansion! Help expand our existing lists and create new ones. Use the following templates to document merchandise:
