Reports about an editor's behavior (e.g. vandalism or spam) should be made in the section below, specifying the username or IP address of the editor involved and details about the incident.
All other issues requiring staff attention (e.g. requests for page protection, revision deletion, user demotions, username change requests, etc.) should be posted in the other issues section. |

Two users: User:Mayor of NYC and User:2601:201:280:1020:5557:6926:95D:59B3. Not sure if they're the same person, but the former is making mainspace articles about fan content and uploading unnecessary duplicate files, while the latter is making outright unconstructive edits.
