Reports about an editor's behavior (e.g. vandalism or spam) should be made in the section below, specifying the username or IP address of the editor involved and details about the incident.

Two users: User:Mayor of NYC and User:2601:201:280:1020:5557:6926:95D:59B3. Not sure if they're the same person, but the former is making mainspace articles about fan content and uploading unnecessary duplicate files, while the latter is making outright unconstructive edits. Please change my username to 50µs
