Rooney (マイク, Maiku, Mike) is a kangaroo villager in the Animal Crossing series. He is a new character only seen in Animal Crossing: New Leaf, and was one of the first villagers announced for the release of the game. Rooney is also the first male kangaroo to appear in the series, and, being a male, has no joey.
