Deletion
Going to nominate this one for deletion as well. It's not notable, has no official name that I know of, and doesn't have a big impact on gameplay. It's just a result of how towns are generated. Drago (talk)

Comment - I think the content should be shortened/summarized and merged with River, as an islet is just the result of a specific river route.
