Yes. The icon for the service references him, with the hard hat and whiskers. I looked at a source that claims the music and voice for him is the same, and that it will reference Resetti. A screenshot clearly reads "So ya got 'auto-saving,' huh? Means ya can't reset things here on [Island]." It's definitely him.
