Merge to Town Hall[edit]

13:30, April 6, 2020 (EDT) - Agree that Town Hall is not the place to merge to, and the fact that the recycling bin has appeared in different locations in various games makes it difficult to merge into any one article. I think it can stand as its own page as it seems like it will continue to appear in subsequent titles.
