:So, is fox the exact same word for kitsune? So, if I went to Google Translate, I would get kitsune if I put in fox? Species

The article describes him as being a kitsune in Japan, and a fox elsewhere. That's pretty stupid. It would be like saying Rover is un chat in France, but he's a cat elsewhere.

My point is, a kitsune IS a fox. There's no other way to say fox! Tanuki is different, because the actual SPECIES is different (raccoon dog vs. raccoon).

Anyone object to changing it?-Vulpes 21:36, 4 December 2010 (EST)

It does seem kind of ridiculous. :P --Jake 21:37, 4 December 2010 (EST)
Actually, Kitsune is different than a fox. At least, I think so... TO WIKIPEDIA!!! Super (duh...)AlpacaDoggie Mask.gif 21:38, 4 December 2010 (EST)
The word "kitsune" is the word for fox. There is also a mythological aspect to kitsune, but that doesn't make it a different species.-Vulpes 21:40, 4 December 2010 (EST)
Well, he is a kitsune, it says so in-game I believe. Let's go with that. Super (duh...)AlpacaDoggie Mask.gif 21:42, 4 December 2010 (EST)
